Film festival announces a programme of 140 films

The Harbour City Film Festival will show 140 films from 38 countries over ten days next month, including twenty world premieres.

Outdoor screenings will be held on the fish quay every evening, weather permitting.

Critics have praised the programme for mixing well-known names with new local talent.

A family day with free workshops for children will be held on the first Sunday of next month.
